Seth is absolutely right. While the rest of the nation suffers from a flat Real Estate Market, the Western Slope of Colorado is booming. The Energy Industry is tapping into reserves of natural gas and oil that are larger than the entire Middle East combined. Grand Junction is growing like crazy with a 14% appreciation rate. The population will double in the next five years. Most investors I talk to around the country seem to be oblivious. But the word is getting out. Just contact any Real Estate Professional in this area to get enough information so that you too can make an informed decision on Investment Opportunities here. You will be glad you did.
